You answer questions about a workplace injury or illness. If your answers suggest you may be eligible, we may share your request with an attorney or law firm in our network who handles workers' compensation in your state, and they may contact you. We may receive compensation from attorneys for referrals. You are never required to hire anyone.
We do not guarantee that you will be matched with or represented by an attorney, that you are eligible for benefits, or that you will receive any compensation. Whether you qualify, and any outcome, depends on your state's laws and the facts of your case and is determined only by the attorney you speak with, insurers and the relevant agencies or courts. Settlement amounts shown on the site are examples only, not promises or estimates, and many claims settle for less or are denied.
Workers' compensation deadlines are strict and vary by state. Do not delay seeking advice from a licensed attorney in your state. Nothing on this site extends or protects any deadline.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old and are submitting it about yourself.
