Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective date: October 27, 2026
Under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws in other states, you can ask us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information, and to stop using it for targeted advertising.
What this covers
- Referrals to attorneys. If you submit a completed request, we share it with attorneys in our network, who may compensate us for referrals. This can count as a "sale" under some state laws.
- Advertising pixels. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, which sends Meta information about your visit and actions on our site for advertising and measurement. This can count as "sharing" or targeted advertising under some state laws.
Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How to opt out
Email us and we will process your request. Please tell us the name, email address and phone number you used (if you submitted a request), so we can find your information. You do not need to create an account or pay anything.
Send opt-out request
Or write to us at [email protected].
Other ways to limit advertising
- Use the ad preferences in your Meta/Facebook account to control how your activity is used for ads.
- Use your browser's privacy settings, tracking protection, or a browser extension that blocks advertising pixels.
If you already submitted a request
An opt-out stops us from sharing your information going forward. It cannot undo information already given to an attorney, so you may also need to contact that attorney directly. You can also ask us to delete your information, as described in the Privacy Policy.
No retaliation
We will not treat you unfavorably for making this request.
